Just seemed to be a little unorganized as far as picking up the vehicle. We made a 1 o'clock appointment and someone else also showed up at the same time which created a backup with the person who handled all the paperwork and money. We had to wait over an hour to see him and he was not very personable never introduced himself to us, very curt. I think the whole situation could have been solved if there was a better schedule with time allotted to each appointment.

I came in to have service on my brakes after being told that I needed brake pads in Nov/Dec appointment. They went over the car as well to see if there were any needed services to get car ready for summer travel. I waited for almost an hour to have service representative come tell me that I didn't need brake work. I appreciated that the car was washed and there were no services needed for summer travel. I probably wouldn't have scheduled appointment other than the brake misinformation originally.

I dropped our Acadia off at Durands to address three issues. One issue was corrected with a software reprogram. An attempt on the second issue (minor) was not successful. A part was ordered for the third issue. Dave and Josh at the service desk are always very helpful and courteous. Our vehicle was ready at 3PM.

For starters, employees could not explain the recall or issues that would come about from the problem. They didn’t want to be bothered. They did not want to know or look into it. I was told I should reach out to go directly- if that’s the case, why would I go to a GM dealer? They could not have cared less and simply wanted to collect money. Secondly they had my vehicle for months with no updates. Once the part finally came in, I was away on vacation and was threatened and accused by employees that I took my vehicle without paying. The vehicle was wherever Durand employees parked it. Upon picking up my vehicle they left it for months, never started it and the batteries died. They said they brought it in the bay to charge it for the last couple days. My batteries are dead. If I could give zero stars on this service I would. They get one star only because they did provide a rental although mechanically unsafe. It said it needed and oil change and had a major issue with the shocks of you hit a bump it would vibrate out of control. It smelled of wet dog and was sticky and had dog hair in it. I cleaned it.

Had vehicles troubles and the cost to repair was too much compared to buying new. Original plan was to seek a new vehicle in April but that was not the case anymore. I sent my truck there for the recall. While my truck was there, I advised your service advisor that I wanted to have any software updates completed, and I would pay for them. When I picked up my truck, there was no charge, you guys took care of that at no cost to me. My vehicle was towed to Durand on the day prior to Thanksgiving, even with it being an emergency, the looked at the vehicle promptly to diagnose it, and once I was notified on Monday of the estimate for diagnosis and repairs, the finished it. It runs like a brand new one! I am ecstatic! Superior!
